First Timers
Trying Krav Maga for the first time can be a little scary.
We get it.
Maybe a lot scary especially if you are new to this type of training.
So to take the edge off here are a few things you need to know.
1. It’s fun
Our training is fused with music movement sweat and laughter. You will
be learning a lot of cool life saving stuff and burn over 1000 calories but rest assured you will be smiling.
2. You will be mentored
Even though our classes are big, our friendly Krav Maga
gurus make it a point to get every first timer learn a new skill before end of class.
After one hour you will have a new tool in your mental toolbox
3. Your fitness shape on day one is not relevant
If you are in good shape, get ready
to be challenged like never before. If you are in less than perfect shape (like most of
us on day one), the instructors will modify every movement to fit your level. You
will see physical improvements in a very short period of time.
4. The energy is addicting
The feeling of empowerment you get from our high-
energy classes is magical. Everything will be connected, mind, body, soul,
community, sweat, skills and music. And when you walk out of our class, it will feel
like the world is in HD.
